This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Wynt.AI platform operated by Ayvo LLC FZE. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
The Platform is designed for legitimate career development activities, including uploading and managing your own CVs and career documents, searching for job opportunities, using AI tools for CV analysis, job matching, and interview preparation, building and exporting professional CVs, and managing job applications.
Content Violations: Uploading false, fabricated, or misleading CVs or career information. Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your qualifications. Uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory. Posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Technical Violations: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms. Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Platform. Attempting to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures. Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code. Performing denial-of-service attacks.
Commercial Violations: Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Platform services without authorization. Using the Platform to build a competing product or service. Bulk-generating AI content for commercial resale. Using the Platform for unauthorized recruitment or headhunting.
Legal Violations: Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws. Facilitating fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activities. Violating data protection or privacy laws. Circumventing export controls or sanctions.
When using AI-powered features, you agree to review AI-generated content before using it professionally, not to present AI-generated content as entirely your own work without disclosure where required, to provide accurate input data for AI processing, and not to attempt to manipulate AI outputs for fraudulent purposes.
You agree not to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the token system, create multiple accounts to obtain additional free tokens, share account credentials to pool tokens, or use automated tools to consume tokens.
If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, remove violating content, report illegal activities to law enforcement, and pursue legal remedies for damages caused by violations.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting [email protected] within 30 days. Appeals will be reviewed and a decision communicated within 10 business days.
